Wisdom-Trek / Creating a Legacy
Welcome to Day 359 of our Wisdom-Trek, and thank you for joining me.
This is Guthrie Chamberlain, Your Guide to Wisdom
Your Life Plan Blueprint
– WESPER Step-4: Planning – Fit Your Plan Into Your Schedule
Thank you for joining us for our 7 days a week, 7 minutes of wisdom podcast. This is Day 359 of our trek, and earlier this month we began a detailed series, which we originally introduced in January, called Your Life Plan Blueprint. We have synthesized the information into a 100 page PDF manual/workbook which contains all forms needed to create and maintain your personal life plan.
This is our initial release of the manual/workbook, and it is available for download at Wisdom-Trek.com on the left-hand sidebar of any page. Or, if you are listening on your smartphone, you can text the word LifePlan (with no spaces) to 44222, and Your Life Plan Blueprint will be delivered to you in an email. The manual/workbook is free during the month of May, so I would encourage you to become one of our early adopters so that all updates will be available to you for free also. By the end of 2016, we will have a complete web/mobile version available of Your Life Plan Blueprint.
Thank you so much for coming along with me as we trek through each page of Your Life Plan Blueprint. If you would like to listen to any of the past episodes, please go to Wisdom-Trek.com to listen to them and read the daily journal. You can also subscribe to Wisdom-Trek on iTunes, Spreaker, Stitcher, Soundcloud, iHeart Radio, and Google Play, so each day’s trek will be downloaded to you automatically.
We are broadcasting from our studio at The Big House in Marietta, Ohio. Sunday we worshipped at Putnam Congregational Church where we attended on a regular basis, and I have had the privilege of speaking at many times. It was the first day for their newly hired pastor Peter Bridgwood. His message was very good, and his younger age should be a very positive step in reaching a younger demographic for the church. Sunday afternoon I invested several hours tilling up the flower circle in front of the house, where we intend to plant the newly purchased roses.
As a reminder, we are looking at changing the format of Wisdom-Trek on June 1st. Please email me at guthrie@venturecg.com or leave a comment at the bottom of today’s journal to let me know if you would like me to continue Wisdom-Trek on a 7 day, 5 day, or 3 day per week schedule. Also, let me know if you would like any changes to the format of the daily trek. Thank you in advance for your feedback!
It is now time to get started on the 21st day of Your Life Plan Blueprint Workbook. If you missed any of the previous days in this series, they are available at Wisdom-Trek.com. On our trek today, we continue on the 4th step in the WESPER framework which is the planning phase. Our focus for today is the exploration of how best to fit your plan into your schedule.
We are taking several days to hike you through each step of creating your life plan. I would encourage you to trek with me through this process and complete the associated forms that are included in Your Life Plan Blueprint Workbook
WESPER Step 4: Planning – Fit Your Plan Into Your Schedule
If you are following along in the manual/workbook today, let’s explore the second segment of planning on pages 49-52 of Your Life Plan Blueprint.
On our trek for today, we discovered the tools needed to fit your plan into your schedule within the planning phase of the WESPER Framework. Using these tools will ensure successful planning within Your Life Plan Blueprint.
Tomorrow we will explore the third segment of the planning phase, which is to Ensure Congruency with Your Strategy. After that, we will move onto the 5th phase of the WESPER Framework, which is the execution phase. This information is contained on pages 53-55 of Your Life Plan Blueprint manual/workbook. If you have not done so already, make sure you download Your Life Plan Blueprint, and
encourage your friends and family to join us. Then come along tomorrow for another day of our Wisdom-Trek, Creating a Legacy.
That will finish our trek for today. As you enjoy your daily dose of wisdom, we ask you to help us grow Wisdom-Trek by sharing with your family and friends through email, Facebook, Twitter, or in person so they can come along with us each day.
Thank you for allowing me to be your guide, mentor, and most of all your friend as I serve you through the Wisdom-Trek podcast and journal each day.
As we take this trek together, let us always:
- Live Abundantly (Fully)
- Love Unconditionally
- Listen Intentionally
- Learn Continuously
- Lend to others Generously
- Lead with Integrity
- Leave a Living Legacy Each Day
This is Guthrie Chamberlain reminding you to Keep Moving Forward, Enjoy Your Journey, and Create a Great Day Every Day! See you tomorrow!
